This is a fantastically written and easy to follow pattern for a very classic hat,
however paired with the Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick and Quick the end product is a
very bulky hat. The finished product would probably be really good for a big guy.
The thickness of the yarn makes a really wide brim when the cuff is folded
over into place. Its a very quick knit though, thanks to the chunky yarn and
the size 13 needles. The story of the hat designed by Michelle Edwards is very sweet, it was
created and shared in the spirit of friendship. The pattern is here:

I'd definitely use this pattern again with a lighter weight yarn.

The Wool Ease Thick and Quick is a fun yarn to knit with and I would love to make this
